How soon will I see results?
Results’ is an ambiguous term. Just as eating wrong has an immediate effect on the body, so does eating well. It might not be a measurable immediate effect (read weighing scale) but you will start feeling better, more energetic, better digestion, skin, hair and lighter within weeks of adopting the program. Weight loss or rather fat loss, as we feel, is a by-product. So first thing you do: throw that weighing scale out. What we track are your efforts, results just follow!
Definitely not! We believe in an eating pattern thats sustainable for life and do not believe or recommend ‘diets’ that will only work for you for a specific period of time only. You will be eating what the rest of your family is eating and will require no special cooking.
During a nutrition consultation, we will will conduct an in-depth assessment of your current diet, medical history, lifestyle, and health goals. We will then provide personalised recommendations, meal plans, and strategies to help you achieve your nutritional objectives – without the need for being on a ‘diet’.
Any exercise that you are able to do basis your current fitness levels is a good start. It could be walking, strength training, running, yoga or recreational exercises such as dancing, swimming, cycling, etc. You will also be educated on the basics of exercise physiology and bio-mechanics so that you have good fundamentals and can make intelligent choices in the future also.
